Description
the 2007 Grahams Vintage Port is complete in every way
I think I've never seen such an elegant Cheval des Andes
Already disarmingly pleasurable to drink
rhubarb and cocoa
This will probably always be chewy and I have put the drinking window earlier than it might otherwise be to avoid the risk of this drying out with extended bottle age
Francois Lamarche, Clos Vougeot Vintage:2023 the 2007 Grahams Vintage Port(from 3 different parcels, one at the bottom and two at the top but on opposite sides). A fresh, cool and perfumed nose of mostly red currant and cherry is liberally laced with notes of earth, underbrush and oak nuances. There is a very forward, even lush palate impression to the bigger, richer and more powerful flavors that also possess fine mid palate concentration though not necessarily better persistence. This too will need a few years of cellar
